The ASA Pampelonne
An association of owners dedicated to the quality of life on the estate.
What is an ASA?
An ASA (association syndicale autorisée, or authorised landowners’ association) is a public administrative body that brings together the owners within a defined perimeter in order to build and maintain facilities of common interest. It is governed by Ordinance No. 2004-632 of 1 July 2004 and its implementing decree.
The ASA is run by a board (syndicat) elected by the assembly of owners. Its decisions are binding on all owners, and expenses are shared among them according to the rules laid down in the articles of association.

- Enforce the specifications and regulations of the estate.
