Permitted hours & works
To preserve the peace and quiet of residents, building work is regulated according to the season. Here are the key points.
Spring & autumn
Noisy building work is allowed Monday to Friday, 8 am – 12 pm and 2 pm – 6 pm. Please respect the lunch break.
July & August
Building work is completely prohibited. Only routine maintenance and gardening are allowed, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm.
Weekends, public holidays & bridge days
Works and noisy building work are prohibited on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and bridge days.
Prior registration
Any company working on the estate must be registered with the ASA before works begin.
